Cooking classes

Two- to three-hour hands-on classes most Saturday mornings. Knife skills, bread, pasta, BBQ, butchery, fermentation. $65–$95 per seat.

Pop-up dinners

One Thursday a month, the dining room turns into a 32-seat tasting menu. Visiting chefs from Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit. $85–$125.

Private events

Buy out the whole space — the dining room, the kitchen, the chef. Birthdays, anniversaries, corporate dinners, baby showers, retirement parties. From $1,500.

Two hours, six knives, no fingertips lost. Walk away knowing how to break down a chicken and dice an onion in under 60 seconds. Knives provided; bring your own apron.

Sunday evenings the dining room is yours. Forty seats, a working chef, a working bar, a private door. Pick a menu off ours or have us build one for your event. Birthdays, retirements, rehearsal dinners, milestone anniversaries, corporate teams.
